We hope to accomplish this goal by meeting or conferring with buyers at
regularly scheduled intervals during the first year post-purchase. Follow up
sessions will be scheduled with Denise targeting the following anniversary
dates: 1) the first week, 2) the second week, 3) the third week, 4) the fourth
week, 5) the second month, 6) the fourth month, 7) the sixth month, and 8) the
twelfth month. These sessions are included with the purchase of the horse and
will focus on all aspects of the buyer’s education. If the buyer and horse
cannot be present for the sessions, a combination of videos and phone and/or
email conversations will be requested.
